Suncoast Goodwill's "Hippie Dash 5 & 10K"
2026 MOTE Marine's "Run for the Turtles 5k"
On April 11, 2026, Holland Law Group was proud to serve as a sponsor of Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium's 40th Annual Run for the Turtles — one of the most beloved conservation fundraising events on Florida's Gulf Coast. The firm sent a team of four runners to the starting line, and by the time the race concluded, the Holland Law Group team had claimed three podium finishes across two competitive age categories.
The event, held annually in the Sarasota area, brings together runners, conservation advocates, and community members united by a shared commitment to protecting Florida's remarkable marine ecosystem. Its 40th anniversary marked a milestone not only for the race itself, but for the decades of conservation work it has helped fund and celebrate.
Race Results
Holland Law Group's four-person team delivered an exceptional showing on race day, earning recognition across multiple divisions:
🥇 1st Place — Ages 16–19 Category
🥈 2nd Place — Ages 35–39 Category
🏅 4th Place — Ages 35–39 Category
The firm extends its sincerest congratulations to each of its runners for their dedication, preparation, and outstanding performances. Competing in a community event of this significance — and doing so at the podium level — reflects the same commitment and work ethic that Holland Law Group brings to its clients every day.
2026 OCBA Law Day 5k
The Holland Law Group team proudly laced up their sneakers to participate in and sponsor the Orange County Bar Association's 12th Annual Law Day 5K Run & Walk in Orlando. Held at the scenic Lake Baldwin Park on March 7, 2026, the event brought together attorneys, legal professionals, and community members from across Central Florida for a morning of running, camaraderie, and shared purpose.
The OCBA Law Day 5K is more than just a race — it's a fundraiser that directly supports the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, an organization dedicated to providing free civil legal aid to low-income and vulnerable residents throughout Orange County. For those who cannot afford an attorney, the Legal Aid Society is often the only line of legal defense they have. It was an honor to contribute to that mission as both a sponsor and a participant.
At Holland Law Group, we believe deeply in access to justice — not just as a principle, but as a practice. We work every day to make quality legal representation accessible to everyday Floridians, and supporting the organizations that extend that access to those in greatest need is something we take seriously. Events like the Law Day 5K remind us that the legal community is at its best when it turns its energy outward.
A huge thank you to the Orange County Bar Association for organizing such a meaningful event, and to every runner, walker, and volunteer who showed up to make it a success. We look forward to being a part of it again.
After Gasparilla Clean Up
Holland Law Group teamed up with Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful and hundreds of volunteers for the "After Gasparilla Clean Up." During this event, we cleaned up 50,000 strands of beads and over 9000 lbs of trash and recyclables.
We love any opportunity to give back to the vitality and beauty of our local neighborhood communities that they give us.
Keep Manatee Beautiful Clean-Up
We can't express how thankful and appreciative we are for the incredible opportunity to team up with Keep Manatee Beautiful and make a positive impact in the Village of the Arts, Bradenton, Florida!
Thank you to Bradenton Police Department officers Jessica Sirignano, Kaylee Gruenig, and Sgt. Aaron Pilant, Mayor Gene Brown, his wife Gina, and every volunteer who helped clean up the streets of Bradenton this day. This cleanup focused on the area around 14th St. and 15th St. W, where much homeless detritus had accumulated.
Today was not just about picking up trash – it was about coming together to nurture the beauty surrounding us as a community.
Felts Audubon Preserve
On February 1st, Holland Law Group teamed up with our eco-conscious friends at Felts Audubon Preserve, Tampa Bay Estuary Program, and Oyster River Ecology, Inc. for a hands-on environmental mission.
Our task? Tackling invasive plants at the Preserve. Our goal? To clear the way for native grasses to flourish once again. And let me tell you, our team dove right in! Armed with gloves, tools, and enthusiasm, we spent the day pulling, trimming, and removing non-native species. The sun was hot, and the work was challenging, but the spirits were high. We learned much about the local ecosystem and maintaining natural habitats. It was incredible to see the immediate impact of our efforts as we watched the land begin its journey back to its native glory
Lowry Park Clean Up
On March 12th, 2024, the Holland Law Group team had the privilege of contributing to the preservation and beauty of our beloved Tampa. In a collaborative effort that truly embodied the community spirit, we joined forces with the City of Tampa Parks Department, Ecosphere Restoration Institute, Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful, ZooTampa, and Raymond James for a volunteer event at Lowry Park.
Our collective mission was to combat the encroachment of invasive plants around a precious natural spring, safeguarding the ecosystem that thrives there. It was a day marked by dedication, teamwork, and the shared goal of nurturing the environment that enriches our lives in the Tampa Bay Area.
Adopt a Road Clean Up
On April 20th, 2024, Holland Law Group kicked off our first-ever road cleanup with Keep Sarasota County Beautiful and the Adopt-a-road program. Together, our team, friends, and family took to our adopted stretch of Beneva Road, from Clark Road to US41, armed with bags and gloves, all in the spirit of making our community cleaner and more beautiful.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us! Your enthusiasm and hard work contributed to a cleaner Sarasota and embodied the spirit of Earth Day: taking actionable steps toward preserving our environment.
